Hola, todo bien?
Necesito tu ayuda, ya que cada abogado o contador me dice una cosa diferente y no se para donde correr,
mi mama me quiere enviar un dinero desde el exterior aqui a Rio que es donde vivo y estudio para comprarme un apto, una transferencia por donación (mi papa fallecio hace un tiempo)

El tema que me dicen que hay que pagar um impuesto llamado ITD (Impuesto por donacion ley 1427/89) del 4% del valor de esa transferencia, pero me dicen por otro lado que no hay que pagarlo porque la legislacion para el estranjero no esta discriminada, entonces no lo tendria que pagar

Entonces como nadie me sabe decir o nadie es honesto diciendome que no es su area la tributaria, se la pasan diciendome cualqueir cosa

Hola Carodar.

La donación se está produciendo en argentina, no en Brasil por lo tanto si tenéis que pagar algún impuesto por esa donación es en argentina y no en Brasil.

¿Cual es la cantidad de la transferencia en reales brasileños?
