Comisión bancaria por recibir pensión de Brasil en el extran

Alguien me podría contestar por favor ?

Hace varios años que estoy cobrando una pequeña pensión por incapacidad de Brasil. Trabajé allí durante 8 años y estuve cotizando a la S.S brasileña. Hasta finales del año pasado era el Banco de Brasil en Madrid que me hacia las transferencias a mi cuenta bancaria, que yo sepa en destino no me cobraban ninguna comisión. Desde hace unos meses el INSS de Brasil me hace las transferencias directamente de allí y cada mes me cobran 15 euros. El Banco do Brasil ya no interviene en este tema. Lo he hablado con mi entidad bancaria y me han dicho que ellos no pueden hacer nada que es una comisión por transferencia internacional. Quería saber si a otras personas también les cobran y si es correcto lo que están haciendo. Muchas gracias por vuestra ayuda. Un saludo

Hola Daisy58, no te puedo comentar nada de tu caso en particular pero como norma general puedo decirte que efectivamente las transferencias internacionales conllevan un gasto independientemente del origen del dinero, ya sea una transferencia de INSS como una simple transferencia personal.
