A ver si me podéis aclarar un poco este tema;

Mi entrada en brasil consta como temporal desde el 15/12/2014 y la permanente desde el 10/09/2015

Al hacer el CPF me dijeron que debía hacer la declaración este año, entonces lo que he hecho para la declaración del 2014 es un CERTIDÂO NEGATIVO DE DÉBITO ,algo así como declarar que no tengo ingresos en brasil.
La realidad es que estoy cobrando de mi empresa española.

No me ha quedado claro sobre la declaración de bienes y sobre la prueba de reiprocidad de tratamiento tributario y sobre todo si realmente estoy haciendo bien las cosas , porque de los contables que hay por esta zona me fio más bien poco.

A alguien le ha pasado lo mismo , o sabe como actuar en este caso.

Ahora permanente, lo cambie por prole.
Tenía visado temporal de trabajo pero hice ahora el permanente por prole

Cuando un extranjero llega a Brasil debe realizar una declaración de IRPF, y si no tiene ningún rendimiento en Brasil se hace lo que llaman una declaración "zerada".

Creo que entre España y Brasil existe un convenio que evita la doble tributación, por lo que si declaras y pagas impuestos por tu trabajo en un país no tendrás que pagar impuestos otra vez en el otro.

Tu empresa española tiene oficinas o base en Brasil?

No , soy subcontrata de la empresa que sí tiene oficinas en brasil.

La empresa brasileña para cual presto servicios va a poner a disposición sus gestores y según me digan te cuento , eso sí, ya sabes que las cosas aqui las llevan con mucha calma.

Gracias por la información. Este asunto es muy interesante, y la verdad se ven muy pocos casos así por lo que es difícil conseguir información o testimonios. Aguardamos tus noticias. De todas formas, yo me pondría también en contacto con una gestoría o consultaría al responsable de tu empresa en España para contrastar información
